**Clear Unwanted Items From Add And Remove**
* Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT).
* Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall,
* remove any unwanted subkeys under "Uninstall."
